1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a project on TailorMaid, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Production Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Project Creation & Specifications

• You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about your project, including but not limited to product categories, sizes, fabric details, quantities, and design specifications.
• Any changes to project specifications after initial approval may result in additional costs and extended production timelines.
• Reference images and design files must not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All costs are provided as estimates and are subject to final confirmation based on your project specifications.
• A deposit payment is required before production begins. The deposit amount will be specified during the cost breakdown stage of your project.
• Payment terms and accepted payment methods will be communicated during the payment stage.
• All prices are quoted in the currency specified and may be subject to applicable taxes and fees.

4. Production Timeline & Lead Time

• Production timelines are estimates based on the information provided and current production capacity.
• Lead times begin after deposit payment confirmation and final project approval.
• TailorMaid reserves the right to adjust timelines due to unforeseen circumstances, material availability, or production issues.
• You will be notified promptly of any delays or timeline changes.

5. Quality Assurance & Samples

• TailorMaid is committed to delivering high-quality products that meet your specifications.
• Sample production may be available for certain projects before full production begins (additional costs may apply).
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving samples before authorizing full production.
• Once approved, changes to the final product may not be possible without additional costs.

6. Intellectual Property

• You retain all intellectual property rights to your designs and brand materials.
• By uploading designs and materials to TailorMaid, you grant us a license to use them solely for the purpose of producing your project.
• You warrant that all materials provided do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.

7. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping costs and delivery timelines will be communicated based on your specified delivery address.
• TailorMaid is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs procedures.
• You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional charges may apply for address corrections or reshipments.

8. Cancellation & Refunds

• Project cancellations may be subject to fees based on the stage of production.
• Deposits are generally non-refundable once production has commenced.
• Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

9. Limitation of Liability

TailorMaid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of our services.

10. Changes to Terms

TailorMaid reserves the right to modify these Production Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our platform. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
